Terracotta offers three tiers:
- OSS (Free) — Core functionality for individuals and small projects
- Pro ($30/seat/month) — Full platform access for growing teams
- Enterprise (Contact Sales) — Advanced security, compliance, and dedicated support
All plans include access to Terracotta's AI-powered PR reviews. Higher tiers unlock additional infrastructure intelligence features and team collaboration tools.

🛠️ Managing Your Subscription
To upgrade or change your plan:
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Select the plan tier you want
- Complete the Stripe checkout flow
- Your new plan takes effect immediately
Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Feature access adjusts automatically when the new period starts.
Subscription changes are prorated — you are only charged for the remainder of the billing period when upgrading.
🔍 Seat Management
Seats are per-user and control how many team members can access your Terracotta organization.
- Add seats — Go to Settings > Team, invite new members. A seat is consumed when the invite is accepted.
- Remove seats — Remove a team member from Settings > Team. The seat is released and your next invoice reflects the reduction.
- Proration — Adding or removing seats mid-cycle adjusts your bill automatically. No manual intervention required.
Each user occupies one seat. Seats are tied to your organization, not individual repositories.
