Managing team members
Managing Your Organization in Terracotta AI
This guide walks through the Organization section of Terracotta AI. Admins and users can view and manage team membership, permissions, billing, and organization profile settings from this panel.

Accessing Your Organization Settings
To open the Organization panel:
- Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner of the app.
- Select
Account
from the dropdown. - Scroll to the Organization section.
π Organization Profile
- Organization Name: This is the name of your workspace, which owners can edit.
- Created At: Displayed at the bottom of the account page.
π₯ Members
This section lists all members associated with your organization.
Field | Description |

Name | Full name of the user |
Login email associated with the account | |
Role | Either Owner or Member |
Role Definitions:
- Owner: Can invite/remove members, manage billing, and edit org-level settings.
- Member: Can contribute to PRs and view guardrails and documentation.
Inviting New Members:
Click Add Member
, then:
- Enter the user's email address.
- Choose their role (Member or Owner).
- Submit to invite.

Billing
Billing is handled via Stripe Checkout.
- From the Organization section, click
Manage Subscription
. - You will be redirected to Stripe to update payment methods, view invoices, or upgrade plans.
Note: The app will display your current plan (e.g.,
Trial
,Pro
, etc.) directly beneath the billing controls.
β Additional Controls
- Change Password: Reset your login password in the Personal Info section.
- Logout: Immediately sign out of your Terracotta account.
- Submit Feedback: Please send your suggestions or issues directly to the team.
- Get Help: Redirects to support documentation or contact.
